His unique blend of these styles has made him a standout artist in the Independent music community. Musical influences range from Nas to Linkin Park, and he cites Sublime and Rage Against the Machine as major inspirations for his blend of genres.  His lyrics are often conscious & introspective, touching on life’s struggles around themes of personal growth, love, and the pursuit of happiness. Milton J has been working tirelessly with producers Charlemagne, David Foral, Jungle Josh, Carter Reeves, and Lewis Richards to develop a new sound for his breakout, starting with the title single “Crossroads” from his upcoming LP
